"Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised"
I was expecting at least some little issue, like maybe they’d try to upsell me or take forever to ship, but everything went really smoothly. My order showed up without any problems, and the whole process was easy from start to finish.

I didn’t expect getting help to turn into such a hassle, but support took days to get back to me. By the time they finally replied, the answer wasn’t even that helpful, which just added to the stress. Frustrating experience overall.

I ordered my usual size, because that’s normally the safe move, but this one ended up fitting tighter than I expected. Not unwearable or anything, and maybe it’ll loosen up a bit, but I definitely had that moment of “wait, did I order the wrong size?” Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there. I just wish the sizing chart was a bit clearer, because I think I would’ve gone up a size if I’d had a better idea. Next time I’d probably size up to be safe...

I wanted to like this more because it does look good when you first take it out of the package. The color and stitching looked fine to me, and there weren’t any weird loose threads or anything, which I always notice. But once I actually felt the material, it seemed thinner than I expected, especially around the sleeves and the hem. It’s not awful or super cheap feeling, just kind of average and not as soft or comfy as I was hoping for. For the price, I expected it to have a little more weight to it. I’ll still wear it, but I probably wouldn’t buy the same one again.

"Communication could’ve been a lot better"
I had a hard time getting clear answers from them. Replies were slow, and when they did get back to me, it sometimes felt like they weren’t really answering what I asked, or, actually, not fully answering it. The service itself might be fine, but the lack of updates made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. Quicker and clearer communication would make a big difference...

So, the item showed up looking different from what was described. I guess the description was more of a creative interpretation than an actual match. Felt misleading, which is always a fun surprise when you’ve already paid for it.

The bag showed up in good condition, but a few things just felt off to me. The tags didnt look quite right and the stitching seemed a little weird in spots. I reached out to support, but they didnt really give me a clear answer, so Im still not totally convinced its authentic.

I had an issue with my order and customer support did get back to me, but it took several days to actually sort everything out. It was resolved in the end, which I appreciate, but the wait made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. Personally, I’d say the service was okay, but not something I’d be excited to deal with again

"Color wasn’t quite what I pictured"
I ordered from lizalig.com because the item looked really nice in the photos, i don’t think I was being overly picky. The color just came in a little different than what I expected from the pictures. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not the shade I thought I was getting.

I still wore it because the quality was decent and the item itself looked fine, so I’m not trying to make it sound like a total disappointment. I just wish the photos had shown the color more accurately. For me, that makes it a 3-star experience.

"Felt cheap and wore out way too fast"
I’m disappointed with this. When it arrived, it already didn’t feel like what I expected, kind of cheap and not great quality. I can’t even remember if I noticed the wear after the second or third use, but it definitely started looking worn out way sooner than it should have. Maybe I’m mixing up the exact timing, but it was fast enough that I knew I wouldn’t be ordering from lizalig.com again.

The fabric looked fine, but after wearing it for a while, it wasn’t very comfortable. It’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve the sizing...

"The tracking was an absolute mystery"
I had no idea where my order was the entire time. The tracking made zero sense, and I was checking it like I was trying to solve some huge crime scene. One minute it seemed like it was somewhere, the next it gave me basically nothing. Way more confusing than it needed to be.

The return was easy and didn’t take much hassle. The refund came through quickly too, so that part was good. I just wish the whole process had been a little clearer from the start, because I kept wondering what step was next. Not a huge issue, but still kind of annoying.
